Sarah Woodson

Sarah has been with Pequignot + Myers since 2012. She has handled all aspects of trademark and service mark registration in the United States from performing initial trademark searches to complying with post-registration maintenance requirements. Sarah also works with the firm’s foreign associates around the world on the filing and maintenance of trademarks, service marks, European Union trademarks, registered community designs, and other intellectual property filings.

Sarah’s experience also encompasses both patent and trademark litigations. Along with her admissions to the California Bar, the 9th Circuit United States Court of Appeals, the United States District Court of California, and the United States District Court in the Central District of California, she has been admitted pro hac vice in the United States District Courts of Maryland and the Northern District of Illinois.

In 2003, Sarah was awarded a Bachelors of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, and in 2008 she was awarded her Juris Doctorate from The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
